Solutions Management Group (SMG), a leading provider of technology solutions, will soon open a new operations center in Cedar Rapids.
Davenport-based SMG also has a facility at 5433 Tremont Ave.
The opening of the new operations center will not impact the Davenport facility. “We are just growing and have a need for the additional space in the C.R. region,” according to Kelsey Quintana, marketing and sales support at SMG.
A grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, for the new SMG center at 635 Bell Drive SW, Cedar Rapids.
As part of its ongoing growth, SMG is expanding its footprint in Iowa to better serve its clients across the region.
The new operations center in Cedar Rapids will allow the company to enhance its ability to provide tailored technology solutions in workflow automation, technology lifecycle management, print and document solutions, structured cabling, and video security and access control, according to information from SMG.
