Davenport-based Solutions Management Group (SMG) recently announced the acquisition of Structured Cabling Specialist, a provider of network cabling solutions based in Tipton, Iowa.
“This marks a significant milestone for SMG as it strengthens its position as a premier provider of comprehensive technology solutions,” a news release from SMG said.
“The three staff members currently employed with Structured Cabling Specialist will transition to work for SMG in similar capacities. The team will continue to operate from the Tipton location for the foreseeable future,” Kelsey Watson, the Davenport-based company’s marketing and sales specialist said in a statement to the QCBJ.
Solutions Management Group, founded in 1995, has about 90 employees. It is located at 5433 Tremont Ave. The company is a leading provider of comprehensive business solutions.
