CrossFit OC3, the renowned fitness destination, is hosting an outdoor CrossFit event this weekend in downtown Davenport that will push your limits and challenge your strength and endurance.
The Outdoor CrossFit Summer Street Games will be held today and tomorrow, June 23 and 24, outside the Daiquiri Factory, 303 W. 3rd St., Davenport. The event promises to be a thrilling experience for fitness enthusiasts of all levels, a CrossFit OC3 organizer said in a news release.
CrossFit OC3’s Summer Street Games are designed to provide participants with an unforgettable fitness adventure in a unique and vibrant setting. Whether you’re a seasoned CrossFit athlete or a beginner looking to embark on a new fitness journey, this event offers something for everyone. The games will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
The event will include:
- CrossFit workouts: Prepare yourself for an intense workout session that combines elements of high-intensity interval training, weightlifting and functional movements. Led by experienced coaches and trainers, these workouts will challenge your body and mind, helping you reach new levels of fitness.
- Scenic outdoor venue: Downtown Davenport provides a stunning backdrop for this event. Surrounded by the urban setting and fresh air, you can work out in a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that will invigorate your performance.
