Inc. magazine recently revealed that Covenant Family Solutions (CFS) has ranked No. 138 on its 2024 Inc. Regionals: Midwest list.

That list includes the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing Midwest private companies, based in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Born of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Midwest economy’s most dynamic segment – its independent small businesses.

CFS, which provides mental health services, opened a new clinic in Davenport last year.

In a news release, Covenant Family Solutions CEO Dr. Jacob Christenson said: “We are grateful to be recognized in the 2024 Inc. Regionals: Midwest list. This recognition uplifts our ongoing mission to make a real, lasting difference in the lives of each individual, couple, and family we meet. We are incredibly grateful to our outstanding team for their dedication to serving the mental health needs of the communities we call home.”

According to Inc., the companies on this list show a remarkable rate of growth across all industries in the Midwest region. Between 2020 and 2022, these 172 private companies had an average growth rate of 134.06%. And, by 2023, they also added 14,830 jobs and $24.5 billion to the region’s economy. Complete results of the Inc. 5000 Regionals: Midwest, including company profiles, can be found at inc.com/midwest.

“The honorees in our Inc. 5000 network are the Who’s Who of private companies. They’re energizing regional economies as they engineer the future of their industries. Learn who they are and what they do — they’ll be impacting things for a while,” Eric Hagerman, special projects editor at Inc. Media, said in the release.

For Covenant Family Solutions, the recognition follows a milestone year of expansion in 2023 as it opened new Iowa clinics in Davenport, Iowa City, Ames and Sioux City to answer the call to support the mental health needs of those communities. The new clinics join CFS’ existing Iowa locations in Cedar Rapids, Marion, Cedar Falls, Dubuque, and Coralville. As an organization, CFS consistently reinvests into its services and valued team members to be able to prioritize helping individuals facing mental health struggles.
