The assisted living facility Country Manor Memory Care , of Davenport, has hired Health Dimensions Group (HDG) for management services and oversight of the facility’s day-to-day operations.
The center, located at 900 W. 46th St., is the Quad Cities’ only free-standing memory care community. With 38 licensed beds and a home-like environment, the memory care community provides accommodations, resources, support and services for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia-related disease and diagnoses as well as their families.
As a leading management and consulting organization, HDG provides nationwide services to senior living, post-acute, and long-term care providers, as well as hospitals and health systems.
HDG has extensive experience in serving senior living, assisted living, post-acute, and long-term care communities throughout Iowa and the Quad Cities. HDG not only manages Lutheran Living Senior Campus in Muscatine, but the organization’s team of consulting experts guides senior living organizations, health systems, hospitals and PACE organizations to implement innovative solutions that improve quality care and services.

Country Manor also will host a public spring open house and social event from 3-6 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at 900 W. 46th St., Davenport.
