Circa ’21 invites families to step aboard for ‘How I Became A Pirate’

For those who “aaaarrrrrr” ready for some hilarious, musical fun on the high seas, Rock Island’s Circa ’21 Dinner Playhouse is proud to present the return of the family comedy “How I Became A Pirate.” It runs from Wednesday, March 25 through Saturday, April 19. 

This sublimely silly pirate show is adapted from the beloved children’s book written by Melinda Long (illustrations by David Shannon) and is being staged by a sensational team of professional actors.

Circa ’21 will present show-only performances on scheduled Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays during the run. Morning productions, with the doors opening at 9:30 a.m. and the shows at 10 a.m., will be on March 29 as well as April 1, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17 and 19. Afternoon performances, with the doors opening at 12:30 p.m. and the shows at 1 p.m., are scheduled for March 29 and April 5 and 12.
