Cathy Rockwell recently joined KWQC as the director of digital marketing and sales.
The Glen Ellyn, Illinois, native most recently worked as the advertising director for the Quad-City Times and Moline Dispatch and has previous leadership experience with the Chicago Tribune Gatehouse/Gannett Media.
