Blain’s Farm & Fleet earned a 4-star rating on USA TODAY’s America’s Best Stores 2026 list, the Janesville, Wisconsin-based retailer announced.

The Best Stores list, developed in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, is based on a nationwide survey of more than 24,000 U.S. consumers, along with online reviews and publicly available data. Retailers are evaluated on in-store and online experiences, including customer service, product selection, and overall shopping satisfaction.

“This recognition reflects the experience our customers, or as we call them, ‘our neighbors,’ have each time they shop with us, whether in-store or online,” Mark Hasting, the president and CEO of Blain’s Farm & Fleet, said in a news release. “It reinforces the focus our teams bring each day to deliver helpful service, quality products, and a dependable shopping experience.”

This marks the second USA TODAY honor for Blain’s Farm & Fleet in 2026. The company also was named to America’s Best Customer Service list, highlighting a consistent focus on service across both in-store and online experiences.

“Hearing directly from our neighbors makes this especially meaningful,” Kim Treece, chief stores officer, added. “It speaks to how our store associates show up for them every day, bringing consistency, knowledge, and care to every interaction.”

Founded in 1955, Farm & Fleet is a specialty retailer with 45 locations throughout Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Michigan including stores in the bi-state Quad Cities region.
