Blackhawk Bank extends ITM hours beginning today

Blackhawk Bank & Trust announced it will extend the hours of its 14 Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) in a move to give customers more flexibility and convenience in managing their finances. The new hours begin today, May 12.

MILAN – Blackhawk Bank & Trust announced it will extend the hours of its 14 Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) in a move to give customers more flexibility and convenience in managing their finances. The new hours begin today, May 12.

In a news release, the Milan-based bank said that unlike standard ATMs, its ITMs function more like a virtual branch. Customers connect face-to-face with a real Blackhawk bank teller via live video chat, offering a seamless blend of technology and excellent customer service.

From now on customers can take care of everyday banking needs including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and more during these expanded hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon.

“We know life doesn’t always follow a 9-to-5 schedule, so we’re giving our customers more ways to bank when it works best for them,” Chris Lemon, the president of Blackhawk Bank & Trust, said in the release.

“With our ITMs, you’re never just talking to a screen. You’re speaking with a real, local teller, just like at any of our branches,” he added.

In its release, the bank said the expanded ITM hours reflect its ongoing commitment to enhancing customer experiences through convenient and innovative banking solutions. To learn more about ITMs and their locations, visit www.choosethechief.com/itms.

Extended ITM hours are available at these 10 locations: Milan, Moline (two), Coal Valley, East Moline, Rock Island, Davenport as well as Taylor Ridge and Port Byron, Illinois, and Princeton, Iowa.
