Big Ten schools, their alumni and fans are vying for a $1 million grant to advance student or community health by recruiting the greatest number of blood donors among them – with a trip to Big Ten Football Championship as the grand prize.
The “We Give Blood Drive” now is underway with every donation scoring one point on the leaderboard for the Big Ten school designated by the donor. Individual blood donors must log their donation and favorite school at www.BigTen.org/abbott by Sunday, Nov. 17.
The winning school will receive $1 million to advance student or community health. Check the leaderboard by going to https://bigten.org/abbott/battle/.
Individual donors will be offered a free one-month subscription to B1G+ and will be entered to win a trip to the 2024 Discover Big Ten Football Championship Game on Dec. 7.
