Bettendorf voters face decision time on $27M police station

    Bettendorf’s current police station is old, outdated and needs to be replaced, according to the city’s police chief.

    The city’s voters will decide soon if they agree with the chief, and perhaps approve plans for building a new $27 million police station. Bettendorf residents will go to the polls Tuesday, Nov. 4, and decide the fate of a 20-year bond referendum to build that new police…
