Palmer Hills, a Holiday senior living community managed by Atria, announced Wednesday, Dec. 3, it has been honored with a 2026 Caring Star award.
Palmer Hills is located at 2617 Maplecrest Road, Bettendorf.
The award recognizes excellence based on reviews from residents and their families on the senior living referral service, Caring.com.
Palmer Hills holds a 4.5 average customer rating on the website, with reviews praising the community’s caring staff, friendly residents, well-maintained building and engaging program calendar.
“Every ‘thank you’ from a resident and family member is appreciated,” said General Manager Kenneth Wagner. “But to know that our residents took the extra step to share their experience in an online review is very special. It’s a testament to the culture we’ve created here.”
Palmer Hills joins 10 other Atria-managed communities in receiving the 2026 award.
