The Bettendorf Rotary Club will host its annual Lobsterfest fundraiser on Friday, June 13, from 5:30-9 p.m. at the Waterfront Convention Center in downtown Bettendorf.
The event aims to raise funds for the Bettendorf Rotary Club’s Charity Committee, which awards grants to some 20-25 nonprofit organizations in the Quad Cities every year. Last year’s Lobsterfest raised a net of $124,000.
Lobsterfest will feature a meal of a 5-ounce lobster tail and a 5-ounce beef tenderloin, along with side dishes and dessert. Hosted wine, champagne, seltzer drinks and beer will be available.
Attendees can participate in a mobile silent auction and a live auction featuring vacation packages and other items. Additional activities include a photo booth, a caricature artist, a raffle, and a wine pull.
