Bank of America, Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank cardholders can receive free general admission this weekend to the Figge Art Museum in Davenport and Science Center of Iowa in Des Moines.
The promotion will be offered Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 2 and 3. It is part of Bank of America’s Museums on Us program in which it provides cardholders with free admission the first full weekend of every month to artistic and cultural experiences across Iowa.Â
In a news release, Bank of America said this is one example of how the bank strengthens the local communities it serves in, creates greater cultural understanding, and expands accessibility to the arts.
Cardholders are urged to use the bank’s location finder tool to search for participating cultural attractions. Check with the arts partners directly for operating hours and admission guidelines. To gain free admission, present your Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank credit or debit card along with a photo ID.Â
The free admission program is open to cardholders only. Guests are not eligible for free admission. The promotion excludes fundraising events, special exhibitions, and ticketed shows.Â
As part of Museums on Us, more than 225 of the country’s most prominent cultural institutions – located across 123 cities in 35 states – welcome bank cardholders for free on the first full weekend of each month. Register for email notifications about Bank of America’s Arts & Culture programs here.
