ARA move to Texas could take 2 years, says board president

Each year, the Moline-based American Rental Association (ARA) honors individuals for outstanding service to the association and the rental industry. This year’s inductees into the Rental Hall of Fame, the industry’s highest honor, will be recognized at The ARA Show 2026 in Orlando, Florida. That show is set for Feb. 28 through March 4.

An international trade association based in the Quad Cities is moving its headquarters to Texas to be closer to business associates.

That’s the word from Robert H. Pedersen, the president of the American Rental Association (ARA) Board of Directors, and president/CEO of A Tool Shed, Inc., in Santa Cruz, California.
