Restored building becomes ‘jewel’ of DeWitt

    DEWITT, Iowa – Diane Geffers looked over apartment 104 in the new Iowa Mutual Lofts building and as she looked over the space, the memories came flooding back.

    She was immediately attracted to the 1970s-style wood paneling that covered two walls in the new one-bedroom apartment.
