Ruhl’s Schlutz recognized by APEX Producers Club

MUSCATINE, Iowa — Eric Schlutz, a Realtor with Ruhl Farm & Land, was recognized earlier this month as a member of the 2024 APEX Producers Club by the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI).

The award is sponsored by The Land Report. It was presented at the RLI’s 2025 National Land Conference in Tucson, Arizona.

Mr. Schlutz has been active in land sales for 21 years. He was one of 255 applicants with a combined $8.9 billion in qualifying transaction volume.

“It was an honor to be recognized by this great organization,” Mr. Schlutz said in a news release. “RLI is the premier organization for land professionals.”

All land professionals recognized as part of the RLI APEX Producers Club are active members of RLI. The have at least $5 million of qualifying dollar volume in closed land sales in 2024. 

The APEX Awards Program celebrated its eighth year by welcoming 255 applicants. They totaled a combined $8.9+ billion in qualifying transaction volume, 9,255 transaction sides, and more than 1.2 million acres sold. Learn more at rliland.com.
