Illinois-based Martin Equipment has entered into a new partnership with Cemen Tech, the world’s largest volumetric concrete mixer manufacturer, the heavy equipment dealer announced.
The agreement paves the way for Martin Equipment, whose locations include southwest Rock Island, to become the exclusive dealer of Cemen Tech’s concrete production solutions across Eastern Iowa and Central Illinois.
As a result of the partnership, effective immediately, contractors across the region will have improved access to the Cemen’s volumetric technology and dedicated local support from Martin’s experienced technicians.
“Martin Equipment’s commitment to customer service aligns with Cemen Tech’s focus on productivity and efficiency,” Connor Deering, CEO and president of Cemen Tech, said in a Tuesday, April 15 news release.
“With this partnership, we’re expanding access to volumetric technology that keeps projects on track and reduces waste, helping contractors maximize uptime,” Mr. Deering said.
Headquartered in Indianola, Iowa, Cemen Tech manufactures volumetric mixers. They allow operators to produce fresh, precisely mixed concrete directly on-site. The technology eliminates the need for batch plant returns and enables rapid adjustments to mix designs. That reduces downtime and boosts efficiency. The company has manufactured concrete mixers for 55 years.
John Deere dealer
Martin Equipment, headquartered in Goodfield, Illinois, is a fourth-generation, family- and woman-owned John Deere Construction & Forestry dealer. The company was founded in 1926 by Samuel F. Martin in Roanoke, Illinois. Today, Martin Equipment operates nine locations across Iowa, Illinois and Missouri and employs 250 people.
