Five Below store opens, joins the Silvis ‘family’

    Silvis Mayor Matt Carter loves the look of the retail store that just opened in his city.

    “This is the first time I’ve been in here. It’s bright and nice,” the mayor said as he helped welcome the store Five Below to the community on Friday, March 22.
