The Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is inviting the area to celebrate the community at its upcoming Gala & Business Awards celebration on Friday, April 5, at Rhythm City Casino Resort, Davenport.
The event — which begins at 6 p.m. at Rhythm City, 7077 Elmore Ave. — includes entertainment, dinner, silent auction/raffle, and the annual business awards.
Businesses may be nominated for the awards here through Thursday, Feb. 29, in the following categories: Small Business of the Year, Corporation of the Year (now known as the Bob Ontiveros/Group O Award), Advocate of the Year, and Nonprofit of the Year, according to the chamber’s website.

The gala gives attendees the chance to connect with local business leaders, community advocates and fellow chamber members while highlighting the chamber’s achievements and its vision for the future, according to the chamber’s website.
