‘Touch of Wimbledon’ comes to the Quad Cities

Empire-Silvis – an independent senior living community facility for people 55 years old and older – received another official welcome to the Quad Cities Wednesday, Feb. 1.
A Quad Cities Chamber ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at 601 22nd Ave., Silvis, with about 15 people from the business community attending the event.
