Hilltop Campus Village gets ready for ‘cool designs,’ better signs

Stakeholders hear update at annual meeting Friday

    The Hilltop Campus Village (HVC) is getting ready to launch several projects in its Davenport neighborhood this summer and fall. Some of them include community murals, enhanced and colorful crosswalks and updated signage.
