Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors has been named the 2026 CIH | Leads Network Excellence Award winner by Anywhere Leads for its outstanding performance during the past year, the Quad Cities real estate firm announced.
“This award reflects the high bar our agents set and the relentless work of our relocation team behind the scenes,” company President Chris Beason said in a news release on Friday, May 29. “By handling every detail and keeping clients and partners in the know, they turn what could be a stressful move into a smooth transition.”

The Diamond Award is one of three Excellence Awards presented to Select Network Brokers. Award criteria are based on rigorous scoring and success in a variety of metrics.
In January, Anywhere Real Estate and Compass merged and became Compass International Holdings. CIH Leads formerly was known as Anywhere Leads Network.
Ruhl&Ruhl won the network’s Platinum Award in 2023 based on its 2022 performance.
A family-owned company since 1862, Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors has grown to 274 sales associates, 59 employees, and 10 offices. In 2025, its agents sold nearly 4,200 homes across eastern Iowa, northwest Illinois, and southwest Wisconsin.
Ruhl&Ruhl operates residential sales offices in Bettendorf, Burlington, Cedar Rapids, Clinton, Davenport, DeWitt, Dubuque, Iowa City, and Muscatine, Iowa; as well as in Moline.
