Cancer Support Community Iowa and NW Illinois at Gilda’s Club is offering a free educational workshop on pre-need funeral planning from 5:30-6:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 9, at Gilda’s Club Moline, 600 John Deere Road, Suite 101.

The informative workshop will guide participants through the essentials of planning funeral arrangements in advance. Wylie Halferty, a licensed funeral director at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, will be the guest speaker.
Dinner, sponsored by Bally’s, will be provided for all in-person participants.
