Brian Crossland had Christmas trees on his mind a few weeks ago. He was thinking about getting thousands of the trees to people across the country in time for the upcoming holidays.

“It’s a big job. … They have to be shipped from Oregon, Michigan and North Carolina to nurseries and Big Box stores,” he said.
