The Greater Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Annual Gala and Award Celebration will be held Friday, Oct. 17, at the Rhythm City Casino Resort in Davenport.
The doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
The event will include entertainment, dinner, awards, silent auction/raffle and much more. Ticket prices are $60 for an individual and $500 for a table of eight. Visit here for more information on tickets.
Organizers said the gala will give members the opportunity to connect with local business leaders, community advocates, and fellow chamber members. The program also will highlight the chamber’s achievements and its vision for the future.
This year’s gala theme is “Mariposas, From Cocoon to Flight: Spread Your Wings, Lift Your Community.”
The event will also include the presentation of several awards including: Small Business of the Year; Advocate of the Year; Non-Profit of the Year; and the Bob Ontiervos/Group O Corporation of the Year. Go here for information on nominating individuals for awards.
