MUSCATINE, Iowa — Crossroads Inc. announced the return of the fourth annual FestivALL with two events in September.

There will be an early kick off with the FestivALE Beer Release Party at Contrary Brewing on Friday, Sept. 12, from 4–8 p.m. Attendees can taste the brewery’s new red lager, meet guest bartenders and preview silent auction items.

On Saturday, Sept. 20, an all-day street festival celebrating seniors and people with disabilities will be from 1–7 p.m. at Second Street and Pine in downtown Muscatine.

The FestivALL will feature live music, games and charitable activities. Winterland, a Grateful Dead cover band, will return, and The Insiders, a Tom Petty tribute band, will make their debut. Traditional carnival games will be available alongside new attractions including the Human Slot Machine and the MPW Ping Pong Ball Drop.

“FestivALL is one of the best days of the year,” Crossroads’ CEO Marc Hines said in a news release. “When else will I get the chance to listen to ‘Dancin’ in the Street’ while actually dancing in the street? At Crossroads, we help people who are ‘Runnin’ Down a Dream.’ FestivALL is one way we make that possible.”
