The Kiwanis Club of Moline will host its annual trivia night “fun-raiser” on Friday, Aug. 15, to benefit local youth charities and programs at the East End Boulders Club, 3712 4th Ave., Moline. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and trivia begins at 6 p.m.

The entry fee is $20 per person, with tables accommodating up to eight people. Participants can sign up as a full table or as individuals to join a table on the night of the event. Each team will receive a page doubling sticker and one mulligan per round. Eight rounds of 10 questions each will be played.

A cash bar will be available, and attendees are welcome to bring their own snacks. Teams can register online by emailing [email protected] or by texting (563) 279-2760.

Prizes include a $100 grand prize for the first-place team, several raffle baskets — including two tickets to a Men’s Iowa Basketball game and a golf two-some at TPC Deere Run — and a 50/50 raffle.

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to serving children and communities. The Kiwanis Club of Moline is part of Kiwanis International, one of the world’s largest service organizations.

All of the proceeds from the event benefit The Moline Kiwanis Foundation, a subsidiary of The Kiwanis Club of Moline, supporting youth-based programs, activities, and scholarships. The Kiwanis Club of Moline has served the community for 104 years.
