The fifth annual Quad Cities Corporate Games (QCCG), a project of the Iowa Sports Foundation in partnership with Visit Quad Cities and the Bettendorf, Davenport, Moline and Rock Island Parks and Recreation Departments, will be held May 31 to July 31, 2025.
Companies can now register to secure their spot in this annual event. Go here to register.
Company pride, corporate wellness, employee engagement and teambuilding are all benefits for companies on both sides of the Mississippi River participating in the bi-state Quad Cities Corporate Games.
The Quad Cities Corporate Games saw 32 companies and an added 1,000 participants. Participation is expected to grow once again in 2025, and a limit of 50 companies able to participate has been set to provide the best possible experience.
Employees will have the opportunity to take part in over 20 different events during the months of June and July. All events will be held in the evenings and on weekends.
Events range from competitive team and individual sports to non-competitive participation activities.
“We are extremely pleased for the success of the Quad Cities Corporate Games the last four years and becoming a staple in the wellness offerings of many QC area companies,” said Chuck Long, CEO and executive director of Iowa Sports Foundation. “The 2025 games will be our fifth year, and we are excited to see participating companies utilize this offering to build company pride and engage with employees.”
Employees play for free
Entry fees, paid by the participating company, are based on the number of people employed in the Quad Cities area. Employees do not pay to participate in QCCG sports and events.
Participating companies are split into divisions based on general company size. Points are awarded throughout the competition based on sport/event placing, participation and volunteerism. The top companies in each division will receive recognition, with the winning company in each division receiving the coveted Corporate Games Cup.
“The QCCG is a great way to get your company engaged and working together with a common goal of beating other companies in fun events and games. It is a great way to get to know more people within your company that work in different departments, who you might not get a chance to meet or interact with otherwise.” said Corey Johnston, Lincoln Electric Automation.
Division winners from 2024 include City of Bettendorf from division 1, Von Maur from division 2, and MidAmerican Basement Systems from division 3.
Registration will take place through March 1, 2025, and is limited to the first 50 companies. For more information or to register a company, visit https://qccorporategames.org/.
