Go Iowa Fund announces grant awards for local nonprofits

WALCOTT, IA – The Iowa 80 Truckstop and CAT Scale Company are proud to announce the grantees of the June 2024 cycle of the Go Iowa Fund Grant Program. 

The Go Iowa Fund was established to provide a structure for Iowa 80 Group employees and other individuals to request money to support good causes, organizations or philanthropies that they are involved in. Any Iowa-based charity, activity, or organization can apply, and the grant is awarded twice a year.

The following organizations applied and have been selected for the June 2024 Grants: Junior Theater Inc. of Davenport; the Durant Iowa Food Pantry of Durant, Iowa; the City of Walcott, Iowa; Empower House of Davenport; the Iowa 80 Trucking Museum of Walcott; and the German American Heritage Center & Museum of Davenport.
